Background
Sonja joined the Firm in October 2008
as a staff solicitor in our Commercial Team working
alongside Ross Fanthorpe and John Eagles.
She has experience in a variety of matters, in
particular, commercial transactions, intellectual property, the
formation, administration and restructuring of family trusts,
gifting programmes, wills, estate administration, conveyancing,
commercial leases, the sale and purchase of businesses and
immigration.
Prior to joining the Firm, Sonja worked for
nearly three years for a law firm in New Plymouth and previous to
that she taught English in Japan for two years.
Outside of work, she likes to keep fit by going
to the gym and participating in triathlon, running and cycling
events. |
