Paul runs a busy practice for both
corporate and private clients.
His representation of Taranaki
District Health Board, Western
Institute of Technology at
Taranaki and Port Taranaki Limited
enables him to well advise his
clients on their statutory
obligations and the legal
ramifications of their commercial
objectives.
Paul and Rural
Consultant, Margaret Joyce, act for many progressive Taranaki
dairy farmers.
Paul has a special
interest in the oil and gas, engineering, health and education,
subdivision and rural sectors. He heads a team of two specialist
Legal Executives and an experienced Solicitor.
Paul has presented
papers at Rural Law Conferences on succession planning and
deregulation of rural conveyancing.
Paul is solicitor for
many charitable Taranaki based organisations and has had a number
of roles with these organisations including past President of
Taranaki Relationship Services, Taranaki Cancer Society and
Chairman of the Relay for Life Committee. He is an honorary life
member of the Cancer Society.
Outside of the office Paul enjoys cycling, golf, going to the gym
and spending time with family. |
