Background
Andrew is a partner of the firm and
specialises in criminal, civil and employment
litigation. Andrew
has appeared in over 100 District and High Court jury
trials acting for both the Crown and the defence.
Andrew has also appeared in the Employment
Tribunal on numerous occasions for both mediations and
adjudications.
Andrew acts as
Managing Partner of Govett Quilliam implementing the
direction of the practice leading the firm forward.
Andrew has also appeared in other
jurisdictions including the Employment Court, many
appearances in the Court of Appeal, the Motor Vehicle
Dealers Licensing Board and the Environment Court.
With the advent of the Consumer Guarantees Act and Fair
Trading Act, he has practised in the field of consumer
protection and has led several associated seminars for
our clients. |
