Heather Froude
Heather joined the firm in early 2010 and works in our Litigation Team alongside Andrew Laurenson and Lauren Wallace.
Expertise
Heather is involved in all areas of litigation but her primary focus is resource management law. She has assisted with a range of matters such as resource consent applications, plan change procedures and Environment Court appeals and sentencing hearings.
Heather is now a duty solicitor and is a qualified legal aid provider for criminal work.
Heather appears in both the District and High Courts in relation to insolvency proceedings, including bankruptcy and liquidations.
Personal Interests
A local to New Plymouth, Heather is making the most of being back in the area, especially being able to live so close to the sea and the mountain. Heather’s interests include rowing, running, cycling, and most other outdoor activities.
